Send your first Verification Request

Do you want to send a request to an applicant for a pre-selection
inquiry? Here are the steps to follow:

This section is intended for users who have already created an account on the Trustii Verification Platform. If you want to create an account click here. 

1. Access your Trustii account via this

URL: app.trustii.co

2. Enter your credentials to log in

3. Click on the blue Send a Request button located at the top right of the screen

4. You enter the name and contact information of the applicant you want to verify, and then select the delivery method (via SMS or email)

5. Select the appropriate verification services for the candidate's profile

6. You choose the documents you want the applicant
to upload with their request

EXAMPLE: Curriculum Vitae, Letter of Motivation, etc. 

7. Send the Verification Request

To ensure the candidate's participation, inform them that they will receive a Trustii link to complete the verification request via the chosen delivery method. In the case of email delivery, advise the candidate to check their spam folder if they do not receive the link.

8. It's sent! You have successfully submitted the request. Click Submit another request if you'd like to send another one
